2 . CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM
Work with YFU to choose the right program for your group and get all of your questions answered .
3 . CONDUCT INFO SESSION
Conduct an initial information session for your students , their guardians and other school staff .
4 . SCHOOL APPROVAL
Get any necessary approval from your administration or school district .
5 . IDENTIFY PARTICIPANTS
Identify specific participants and secure their registration . Reserve your program , submit applications and make payments .
6 . PLAN ITINERARY
Work with YFU to incorporate any educational objectives your group ’ s program must meet ( language credit hours , service learning hours , curriculum standards , etc .)
7 . FINALIZE DETAILS
Finalize your program itinerary . YFU books travel , flights , and other final details .
8 . VISA APPLICATIONS
Start the passport application and visa process if required with assistance of YFU .
9 . PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION
Prepare for the Pre-Departure Orientation delivered by YFU , review learning content and other provided preparatory materials .
10 . EMBARK
Embark on your Classroom Excursion . YFU provides ongoing support throughout the program , including 24 / 7 emergency support assistance .
