Delegates from Georgia, Mexico, Germany, Romania, Iran, Kenya, Azerbaijan and many many more, fun, dancing, new friends and contacts, sessions, experience and stepping out of your comfort zone. Yes, you’ re right. That all and so much more was FallCo 2017!
FallCo? Yes! The national AIESEC conference which was held in Doksy( near“ Máchovo jezero”) from 19 till 22 October 2017. I am so proud to tell that this was our first national conference as a AIESEC GVK Team!

HOW DOES THE USUAL DAY HOW DOES THE USUAL DAY ON
ON SUCH CONFERENCE SUCH CONFERENCE LOOK LIKE?
LOOK LIKE? You wake up at 7.30, put your clothes on, take a notebook and run into plenary room because you are really hungry and you don’ t want to wait till 300 other people will get their breakfast before you. When you take the breakfast and go to find a chair, you say hello to your friends. After you sit down you usually introduce yourself as there is a random Mexican guy or president of AIESEC in Ostrava sitting next to you.
Then you attend the morning plenary- the leader of the conference called‘ chair’ has a session. He introduces agenda for the day, wakes you up with some activities and mostly tells you something motivational or challenges you. After the morning plenary there are the main sessions or workshops. Then there is lunch, another sessions, dinner and fancy party or free time.
You spend some time with your team, your colleagues, with members from another teams, your coach, external guests and so on. We always brainstorm innovative ideas, discuss, help each other and try to improve our projects.
