• Autumn semester 2016: Begin of exchange between 1 July and 31 December is considered as absence in autumn semester.
• Spring semester 2017: Begin of exchange between 1 January und 30 June
is considered as absence in spring semester.

• in the 3rd semester for exchange in the 5th semester (AS2016)
or 6th semester (SS2017)
• in the 5th semester for exchange in the 7th semester (AS 2016)
or 8th semester (SS2017) of the Bachelor level

Application deadline

15 January 2016, 16.00 Uhr (CET). The signed printout of the online application including all required documents must be uploaded in the Mobility-Online portal no later than 15 January 2016 at 16.00 (CET).

Important:
Students with non-HSG degrees: Certified copy of grade transcripts and overall grade
average from degree studies, relevant for admission to the HSG Bachelor degree
studies, (including the grading scale) must be uploaded in the Mobility-Online portal
no later than the application deadline.

In addition all original or official certified copies of transcripts must be
handed in to Student Mobility before 15 January 2016, 16.00 (CET).
The originals can be picked up at Student Mobility after the application results are
communicated.
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
