Self Confidence is the best outfit,

Cerys Davies

Positive thinking is the highway to grabbing that confidence by the hand. Nowadays, adolescents fill themselves up with negative thoughts so much that it projects onto their self image. Negativity is one of the biggest aspects of ruining confidence. This aspect is too focused on and needs to be drowned out. A way to combat this would be positive thinking. Every morning, wake up, look in a mirror, tell yourself one positive thing about you. Each day add a new positive thought onto the list. Ignore the flaws - everybody has them and nobody is perfect.

Embrace yourself for who you are because everyone is unique. If you want to be loud then, don’t hold back. If you don’t feel like talking, don’t talk. If you want to have a specific interest, don’t let anyone stop you. Don’t let people dictate who you are. By them influencing you to be someone you’re not, only adds doubt to your confidence. Surround yourself with friends who embrace your true qualities.
