Tears of Rain By Kuilin
The moon was crying tears of rain The sky was ashen gray Fierce winds blowing, swaying trees Black clouds obscured the day.
I sat here crying, all night long While thunder crashed above Wet I got, yet leave I’ d not Because nothing can escape from love
I’ m on the porch, staring out Black road, black sky, black ground My heart felt like a lump of coal That weighed more than a pound
I tried to weep, but tears ran dry And all I can do is sit Alone with my thoughts, and think, I did That girl I shouldn’ t’ ve hit
