• Prohibited by the Georgia or United States criminal codes; AND
• Punishable as a FELONY or would be punishable as a felony if committed by an adult; AND
• Conduct for which a student has been arrested, indicted, adjudicated to have committed, or convicted; AND
• Conduct which makes the student’ s continued presence at school a potential danger to persons or property at the school or which disrupts the educational process.
1. Minimum ten( 10) days OSS with recommendation for long-term suspension for the remainder of the current semester AND two( 2) additional semesters. Note: In every instance the appropriate law enforcement agency will be notified. 1. Dependent upon the seriousness of the behavior in question.
