Alumni / University Advancement
The Office of University Advancement is located in Assumption Hall . The current alumni family includes more than 25,000 members living in the United States and abroad . Most alumni programming is open to student participation . The Alumni Association sponsors several awards that are presented to undergraduate and graduate students .
The students of today are the alumni of tomorrow . As such , all students are encouraged to be actively involved in the alumni programs . The Office of University Advancement is open and available for all students to visit and to discuss the types of programming they would like to see , including co-sponsored student / alumni events .

Bursar ’ s Office ( Student Billing )
Term tuition payments are due prior to the start of the semester . The Fall semester ’ s tuition is due on August 15 , the Spring semester ’ s tuition is due on December 15 , and the Summer semester ’ s tuition is due on April 25 . Non-Term tuition payments are due before the start of each class . Cash payments up to $ 1,500 and checks will be accepted in person at the Campbell Solution Center . All credit card payments must be made online through your self-service account , but the option to pay online with an online check is also available . Directions on adding an authorized user to make payments online on your behalf are on the Bursar ’ s web page . The University accepts Visa , MasterCard , AMEX and Discover . You may also mail in a check to the attention of the Bursar ’ s Office Gwynedd Mercy University , Atten : Bursar ’ s Office , 1325 Sumneytown Pike , PO Box 901 , Gwynedd Valley PA 19437 .
Students are not permitted to register for the next semester unless all outstanding debts , e . g ., tuition , library fines , etc ., are resolved . All debts must be resolved prior to registration and before graduation , regardless of pending financial aid . Diplomas and transcripts will not be issued to any student with an outstanding debt .
As a service to our students and their families , a tuition payment plan is available . The plan is administered by TouchNet . For information on the payment plan visit the Bursar ’ s webpage .
You may view your billing statement online through the “ Self Service ” portal , under the “ Student Finance ” tile . If you have questions about your billing statement , please email studentbilling @ gmercyu . edu . If you are having issues logging into your account to access your statement , or other technical issues , call the IT help desk at 215-646-7300 , ext . 21444 .
Delinquent Accounts : A student who is financially delinquent shall forfeit the privilege of attending classes or living in Residence Halls , and the University will withhold grades , transcripts and diploma / certificate until such indebtedness is paid . Pending financial aid is not considered payment . Student accounts that are not resolved by the end of the semester will be placed with a collection agency . The student will be responsible for the full amount due to the University plus all associated collection and legal costs .

The Campus Store , located on the second floor of the Griffin Complex in the Rotelle Lounge area , not only works to meet the needs of our students , but also caters to their busy schedules . Their website offers students the ability to order textbooks at their convenience and have the order picked up at the store or shipped to another location . Students can also take advantage of the savings represented
by the popular Rent-A-Text program as well as the many e-books available for rent or sale .
