I. Introduction
Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is strongly committed to improving the health and well-being of all
employees and customers and complying with the State of Wisconsin Law. To ensure a safe and effective
learning and working environment, the possession, use, sale, transfer, or purchase of alcohol or controlled
substances on College property is strictly prohibited. NWTC is also a tobacco free campus, which includes
cigarettes, all electronic nicotine delivering devices and smokeless tobacco. Usage of any alcohol, illegal drugs
or tobacco products are prohibited on the premises (buildings, grounds, sidewalks, streets, parking lots, and
structure) or in College owned or leased vehicles. Individuals may use tobacco or e-cigarettes in their personal
