be calculated into the monthly installments. A student’ s NWTC account must be in good standing with the College. A student must enroll online into the payment plan each semester by logging online to their my. NWTC account, select Student Center tab, click on Finances, and log into My. Financials. Payments are scheduled on the 15 th of each month with a payment method that automatically deducts from a student’ s credit / debit card or bank account. There will be a $ 25 fee for any returned payment, such as NSF( non-sufficient funds) or failed credit card authorization. All communications regarding a student’ s payment plan will be sent through their NWTC campus email account. It is important for a student to know their total current balance to help with understanding their monthly installments due. Non-tuition fees( such as library fines, locker fees, etc.) are not covered by the payment plan. Changes to class enrollments( adding / dropping classes), account balances( increase or decrease of account balances), or any other adjustments made on funding may affect a payment plan; adjusting the monthly installments due. It is highly recommended students log into their My. Financials to help them better manage their payment plan.

NWTC requires all students who register for classes and do not pay in full at the time of registration to sign the NWTC Revolving Credit Agreement online through the students’ my. NWTC account. A hold will be placed on student accounts preventing further registration and / or exchange of classes until this requirement is complete.
The Student Finance Office may refer students with unpaid, past due and outstanding tuition and fee obligations to an outside agency for collection and / or credit bureau reporting. The following information may be released to the College’ s collection agent / s including student payment history, student identification number and social security number. All classes have a limited number of seats available. Registration reserves a seat in a class. Students that plan to withdraw from a particular class should do so immediately. A single day can make a major difference in the amount of the refund. Non-attendance and / or non-payment do not constitute a cancellation of registration, and students will be responsible for tuition and fees not paid.
Refunds are processed according to the Wisconsin Technical College System Refund Policy. Refunds are applicable only from the date students officially drop the class through Enrollment Services or my. NWTC. NWTC does not drop classes for a student for non-payment or non-attendance. Drop requests are not accepted through instructors. The refund policy is available on our web site at www. nwtc. edu. This refund policy is strictly enforced and is the student’ s responsibility to read.
