Agree on action ( s ) to take forward Use the action plan template overleaf to identify 1 - 3 actions you would like to take forward and discuss the questions included as a group . As part of this action plan , you will be asked to enter a proposed deadline for when you would have liked to complete this action . The SUN will follow up with you after the deadline to see how you got on . This is not to check up on you and do not worry if you did not complete all your desired actions . We are interested to know what works well and what doesn ’ t work so well . This is to help us evaluate the impact of the discussions we have had today and to support other school councils with what we learn together .
There is also a space for you to document your progress which you can use to share with us following the deadline .
