Dobbies Garden Centre Fundraising Volunteer
About Teenage Cancer Trust:
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of
survival for the seven young people aged between 13 and 24 diagnosed with cancer every day.
Cancer sucks. Young people shouldn't face it alone. Together, we can make sure they don't.
At a glance:
We so excited to have been chosen as Dobbies Garden Centres’ Christmas Charity partner, and we
need your help to make the most of this wonderful fundraising opportunity!
Last year, with the support of lots of amazing volunteers, Dobbies managed to raise a huge £170,000
to support young people diagnosed with cancer. This year were hoping to raise even more money
through this partnership to help us to reach and support more young people. Right now, for every
young person we reach, there’s another we can’t .
Your local Dobbies store will be holding three fun, festive, fundraising events where staff will be
busy raising funds for Teenage Cancer Trust. Can you lend us a hand at one of the dates below?

Charity Night – Thursday 6th October (evening event)
Santa’s Arrival – Sunday 20th November (daytime event)
Ladies Night event – Thursday 1st December (evening event)
You’re welcome to volunteer with us at one, two or all three of events!
