In early 2020 I learned about the organization PromoteHer from an ad on Facebook. I joined the organization without hesitation. I even signed contracts for my own TV show, Victorious Living With Noreen with PromoteHer( Diva Zone). My show was scheduled to begin in 2020 and we all know what happened, the pandemic hit( I call it plandemic 😊). I left it alone and am launching the TV show soon.

When I became aware that I can chart the course of my life, things began to change, and I was led to create Victorious Living Culture to teach the tools to live a victorious life, overcoming in circumstances to victory while staying in joy, peace, and happiness.
VLC Continued to Evolve
VLC began evolving even more, I started creating courses.
In 2017 I began taking Lisa Nichols courses and going to her events. I got training from her business academy, run by Susie Carder. I also volunteered at her events.
I was learning more and more about running a business, the importance of a business plan, coach, etc.
I continued writing books and publishing them as well.
I met Desiree Lee, Author in Business, who found me on Instagram and I did her NYC tour, on the Hudson, as a featured author. This was my first speaking engagement as an author.
In late 2017 I joined the John Maxwell Team and got certified in coaching, speaking, training, etc. I’ m a JMT Certified Leader.
At this point, I was doing interviews, podcasts, being featured in magazines, etc. I also began vendoring at events.
With all that I was doing, there was still something missing. In February 2020, I met Erica Latrice, AmplifyHer, on Facebook. I did an interview on her show and after that, I joined her Inner Circle community. With joining AmplifyHer, I began to put systems in place. I learned a lot being in the AmplyfyHer community.
At this point I was doing much more, speaking on stages, even in Canada, that’ s when I became an international speaker. This was all building the foundation of Victorious Living Culture.
I continued reading books to help with business stuff, and I continue to read today, I’ m an avid reader.
I also began getting featured on billboards, wow! My first feature was on a billboard on Broadway in Times Square, NYC, wow! And I’ ve been featured in different states since then.
Anyhow, VLC continued to evolve. I created VLC online academy at www. StartYourVictoriousLife. com. I created the foundation course and have added more and will continue to add more courses.

Everything I did was increasing my knowledge more and more for great success, which I already know it’ s a success as I’ m led by God.
I completed Cornell’ s Women’ s Entrepreneur program and AmplifyHER Voice Speaker & Mentorship Certification Program. I continue to educate myself to craft my talents even further.
