Users:

Our system allows our customers to create multiple users within their accounts, and give those users different permissions depending on their roles. For examples, you can create user accounts for employees handling accounting, operations, sales, etc., in order to create internal organization. The system will also create users for the recipients of shipments, so they can track the status of their goods, receive updates, and upload documents necessary for export and import.

Quotes System:

Within the Quotes menu, users can provide the basic information about their shipment to receive a quote by email. Alternatively, customers can contact our dedicated sales managers via email or phone to receive a quote. Customers will have the option to accept, reject or request a modification of the quote. Once the quote is accepted, a new job is created in the Jobs menu and in the Tracking menu. The quote will also be saved in the Quotes menu for later reference.

In the Jobs menu, users can see detailed information on all active and completed jobs.

The Tracking menu will allow users to see the status and location of all of their jobs, as well as sign up for notifications. By default, users will receive daily emails about the status of their consignments. Once the job is complete, the system will generate an invoice with the currencies, parameters and billing formats required by the customer. This invoice is sent via email and will be archived in the Billing menu where it can be consulted in the future.

Address Book:

Like any online system, our system gives the option to save sender and receiver information in the address book in order for easy access in the future.

Online Payments:

Services less than 5,000 GBP may be paid with credit card from our payment portal.

Top-Up Account:

For Pay as You Go accounts, users can perform the Top-Up by credit card from our system, or simply request a bank transfer key in the same Top-Up account menu to make the payment by electronic transfer.

Automatic Quotes:

Our development team is working on the integration of the automatic calculation of the quotes so that the customer can receive the price of the service in real-time. We expect this feature will be completed by the end of May 2017.
