From Freed-Hardeman University Prayer E-mail

I'd like to ask for prayers for the Greenlee family. Their daughter was the girl found shot to death on campus at Union. She is from Dyersburg and I was friends with her older sister. Please pray for the family in this time of loss and the coming days as trials begin Tuesday 2/18/14. - Ryan Wood

My mother had her chemo treatment today (Feb 17) and is doing well! She plans to have a PET scan next Monday. If nothing lights up, she moves on to radiation. If something lights up, she gets one more chemo treatment. Please pray that nothing will light up! We want this to end as soon as possible so she can enjoy life to the fullest again. Thank you all very much. God is so good. - Aaron Washington

A couple of days ago, I sent in a prayer request on behalf of my sister Jilliann being diagnosed with stomach ulcers. Just an update on how she's doing, I talked to my mom the other day, and she informed me that Jilliann was a lot better than she was at the beginning of this week. In fact, where she was lethargic and unwilling to eat, she now has energy and is eating regularly. If you would, continue to pray for her, prayers would be most appreciated. Prayers most definitely work! God is SO awesome! Thank you again! :) - Courtney Swaw

God works in the greatest ways. We found out my mom will have to start Dialysis to keep her kidneys running/functioning, BUT this can only help her in the end. ALSO, her disability was finally approved last week after waiting 2 years for it. Thank you all for praying for her, and continue to keep her in your thoughts! - Paige Jones
