The idea began from market research which shined a light on this gap in the market. But how was this going to be successful and not just another jewelry store?

Creating an experience rather than just a store! Having a space at a well known location that was one of a kind, inviting and exiting. Then using colour and styles to create a unique space which will capture the customers attention. However, the store needed something that was different from others, which is when the idea of personal styling advice was introduced. This is something which has been very successful in clothing stores, so this made sense to include this in the jewelry pop-up. Developing this concept over time has made it something which is like nothing else seen in this market to date.
