Strengths for my Business,

Generally speaking the brand has no high street competitors who offer fun, creative and affordable jewelry which is made from sterling silver, this is helpful in the fact that there is a gap in the market for this product as found in surveys and market research. Also with this location it offers the exposure that the pop-up will need to be successful.

Weaknesses for my Business

For this business there may not be enough interest in the pop-up which would mean a loss of money for the company. As well as customers who may not want to pay a little more for products made from sterling silver even though these may last longer and are of better quality. there is also a very quick change around with accessories which the company may not be able to keep up with if the production process is longer.

Opportunities for my business

If the pop-up is successful the opportunity for the company to expand online as well as into a full run store would be an idea, this would be decided upon once looking at the stores figures. This is also a new avenue for jewelry businesses, creating an affordable product which is on trend but made from silver.

Threats for my business

The main threat for my business would be for it not to be as popular as other retail stores who sell the same type of jewelry but without the silver, instead they are typically made from nickle. The store would need to keep the balance between the fun, creative jewelry and products that could become too tacky.
