Although the brand is unique for its sterling silver, fun, creative and affordable jewelry, we wanted to add a styling service.
When looking for jewelry for occasions sometimes it’s nice to either get a second opinion or some inspiration from somebody else, this is where the styling service will come in use.
There won’t be a dedicated area in store for this, however all staff will be trained to cover this kind of service and advice. They will help customers pick styles and colours that they like and take them over to the mirrors at the back of the store and go through the options with them. This will give the customer a personal experience with staff and make them feel well served within the store.
This service will be free of change and an addition to the pop-up store, which will hopefully bring in more customers who are looking for a unique experience.
