SMM : So tell us how you got involved with GMG..

JQ : I actually co-own gmg (glutness music group) with my dad. A.k.a guttaman

SMM : Who is Jq outside of the music..

JQ : Im a man of many talents .Certified chef. Family man. I spend most my time with my wife and kids.

SMM : What's next for jq?

JQ : Keep grinding. Project after project.. Progression never stops..i produce beats and shoot my own videos so im never bored.. Im never NOT doing anything

SMM : What is so different about Broward County music then other city.

JQ : I would say broward county has that perfect combination of feel good / gutta music(trapmusic) never know what your gonna hear in a broward county night club.

SMM : What do you think about hip-hop today.

JQ : I know theres ppl out there that dont really care for "todays" hip hop but me personally.. I have no problem with it.. I embrace the trap sound .. I embrace the rnb.. I adapt to any sound.. Music is my life.

SMM : These are some of our favorite tracks Mr 54, No Give up ,All on me. /Whats your favorite track..

JQ : My favorite is "Where were you" .. I really got personal on that track and still was able to keep it some what commercial and club friendly.

SMM : How did you come up the track fighting Demons.

JQ : I came up with it by simply writing about how i felt at that very moment.. Most of my music is like that.. We all got demons we fighting to stay away from. Mine just happens to be the old me.. Really reckless. We all have to grow up one day and accept our responsibilities.

SMM : What do you think about all the violence going on in the black community..

JQ : It saddens me.. Im a father of 4 and would only hope the future is better for them. My condolences to all the families that may have lost someone in today's cruel world.
