National Legacy Partners
Street Soccer FC
First Minister of Scotland, Alex Salmond kicks off
Street Soccer Scotland as National Legacy Partner
for Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games with
£300,000 invested into positive change through
football. The occasion was announced at the
Aberdeen Sports Village at the Friday Street Soccer
Scotland Drop In session.
Is our new initiative designed to involve players
from our programmes in giving back to their
communities through delivering Street Soccer
sessions supported by the STV Appeal.
The concept is that the Street Soccer For Change
programme will give young people and their
communities an opportunity to come together
through the power of football.
We will be looking for Street Soccer programme
participants who are interested in coaching and
who show an aptitude for working with others to be
trained to deliver sessions for young people in
various areas around Scotland.
Challenge Series
Throughout 2013 we delivered 8 separate Scotch
Beef Challenge Series events across Scotland and
was a huge success!
If you feel you are interested and have the
commitment to become a Street Soccer FC
coach please register your interest with

In total we have had 111 teams participating
involving 888 players the results are as follows;
Aberdeen - Vets & HHT

Thanks to everyone that took part and we look
forward to doing it all again in 2014...
