1. How did you get in fashion design?

I entered the fashion world in my hometown of Barranquilla, Colombia. I began designing the dress of the Queen of Carnival for the Carnival of Barranquilla S.A. Afterwards I continued exploring my talent designing eloquent dresses in selective boutiques.

2. Did you want to become a fashion designer when you were young?

Since a young age, I was always told that I had an eye for fashion. With the support from family and friends, I began getting involved in the fashion world discovering my unique talents for the fashion industry.

3. What inspired you to get into the fashion world?

As a child I was always mesmerized by the glamour of the fashion world. Fashion was also a creative way for me to express myself. All the experience I gained working in pageants, designing dresses, and working with known organizations such as: Miss Dominican Republic, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Peru NJ, Orgullo Hispano, etc. have only reassured me of my passion for fashion.

4. What do you enjoy most about designing clothes?

What I most enjoy about designing cloths, id the final result. It brings me bliss to see a woman look so glamorous and sophisticated in one of my dresses. It delights me to show the elegant side of the woman.

5.What is the most challenging part?

The most challenging part of my work, is expanding my designs. I would like to expand my line not only to 5th avenue, but globally as well.

6.Does your work reflect your personal fashion taste?

Those whom know me would agree that I am unique, sophisticated, glamorous, and tasteful. My line also exhibits these traits.

7. Can you describe your style?

My style is couture.

8. What do you think are the lastest fashion trends?

I have observed that the color cobalt blue has made a dramatic impact this season, mix matching colors such as green and pink, combining a dress with bold heels that stand out, and of course big accessories to complete an outfit.

9. What are your future plans?

My future plans are to study Fashion Merchandise, so that my brand can expand globally. Currently I am focusing on a future project by the name of Passion Glamour.
