The wall-painting and street art policies of the City of Turin
are part of a strategy that aims at the beauty of the city
districts and at urban transformation, through public art
experiments that involve male and female young people in
the promotion of the areas they live in.
With the MurArte project, we’ve been simplifying and
supporting the actions of young male and female writers all
around the city for twenty years; in fact, the works of art
that we can see in Turin prove that our city is one of the
European capitals for wall-painting and urban public art.
The interest of Digi.TO male and female young people in
street art shows how this is an always modern language,
that is supposed to have a key-role in allowing young
generations to express their creativity.
