Donate today online at www.wshs-dg.org Hearty Thanks! Doggie Depot in Downers Grove did a holiday giving tree and asked their customers and employees to bring in donations for the shelter. They donated food, supplies, toys, batteries, stamps and $205. The employees at Officite did a donation drive for the shelter. They donated tons of supplies. C.H. Robinson’s Woodridge office selected WSHS as a featured charity through their local employee giving campaign, Robinson Cares. As a featured charity, the office raised funds and awareness for the shelter through events and online pledging. They raised and donated $3,319. Offcite Globespec Company of Carol Stream held a donation drive. They donated tons of supplies. NOW Health Group had an employee donation drive for the shelter. They collected 10 boxes of food, supplies, toys and beds. Parker McLachlan had a birthday and asked for donations for the shelter instead of gifts for him. He donated $210.00. Cellar 406 had a fundraiser and raffled off gift baskets. They donated the proceeds, $275.00 to the shelter. The Naperville North High School National Honor Society donated $59.00 to the shelter. Parker McLachlan Samantha Caccabale of Westmont turned 9 and asked for donations for the shelter instead of gifts for her. She donated items from the wish list along with $90. Nick and Lexy Kruse of Greenville, South Carolina made knit and felted cat and dog toys and donated them to the shelter. Kelsey Leathers of Downers Grove had a birthday and asked for donations for the shelter instead of gifts for her. She donated paper towels, cleaning supplies, dog and cat food and tons of other items. Avery Powell of Glen Ellyn donated food and cat litter to the shelter. The Carter family donated $106 that they raised from collecting donations at their elementary school. Smart Oaks Glen Bunco Group did a charity drive in December. They donated $300 to the shelter. Weston and Eli Mathieu of Woodridge donated $100 of the Christmas money they received to the animals at the shelter. The Carter Family 7
