Hi, I’ m Valor. I am a good natured guy that can be aloof and independent. I enjoy my own time to explore and investigate. I am a bit of a free spirit so my new family will have to be careful of doors as I might try to run past to get outside. I am not the cuddle in your lap kind of guy but I would like to be near you when relaxing. Because of my size and strength, I would do best in a home with kids 12 years and older. I also prefer to be the king of my castle. No other pets for me! If you are interested in adopting me, you should have previous breed experience. I am an intense dog that can be headstrong so training is recommended. I am a smart dog that would excel at training and games where I can use my brain. Because I always lived with my family, it was a bit of a rough transition to the shelter. I’ m good with people once I gain a little trust and I’ m great with cats. I never met a dog, so the jury’ s still out on that. I’ m low maintenance and only need a little patience while I acclimate to my new environment. I can’ t wait for the comforts of home with my forever family!
