• Pray for the ministry team of evangelists preaching in the villages of a security-risk country— for the training of new ministers and the opening of new churches. Although we cannot name the country, the Lord knows.
• On September 5, the entire Peace and Hope netwo rk in Spain will participate in online evangelism training entitled“ Returning to the Gospel.” Pray that t his training will better equip congregations in outreach, bringing many people to Christ.
• We ask for continued prayers for peace in Israel and in Ukraine, and that God will use even these times to draw many to salvation.
L atin America / Caribbean
• Pray for the families affected by the earthquake in Colombia. With destruction all around them, pray that they will turn to the living God for strength and healing. Pray for relief organizations as they provide finances and people to work in difficult situations.
• S tand in the gap for the World Intercessor s team headed to Mexico City from September 19 – 26. Pr ay for them to listen to God’ s voice as he directs their footsteps and prayers.
• Pray for a worshiping group in Ecuador that may need a new meeting place due to growth. That is a big praise! Pray that each one grows in faith and puts into practice wha t they learn from Scripture.
Psalm 139 speaks to me. My favorite verse, if I can name just one, is verse 17:“ How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!” I pray that your thoughts and mine are his thoughts today.
