For those 90's grunge fans, Basement is the band for you. Basement is a melodic hardcore/ grundge band from Ipswich, England They formed in 2009, on May 17, 2010 the band released there Debut Ep titled Songs About the Weather. August of 2010 they were signed to the record label Run for Cover shortly after the band was signed to Run For Cover they released an Lp entitled I Wish I Could Stay Here (2011). In 2012 the band Released there 2nd Lp titled colourmeinkindness (2012), later that year the band played there last show before going on a hiatus, The last show was played on november 17, 2012 in london. After a 2 year hiatus the band posted on there band page saying "Hi" which was a hint to the reforming of Basement, The band later confirmed the reformation After releasing A new Ep Titled Futher Skys, which features 2 new songs and a cover of Suede's Animal Nitrate.
