Bonfires is a pop-punk band from southern suburbs of Chicago, IL. Formed in early 2014, Bonfires writes songs every kid from the midwest (mainly Chicago Area) can relate too, This band should not be unsigned they are amazing recorded, live, and all around nice guys. The band currently have two EPs released titled “We All Talk About Dying Like We’ve Done It Before”; which hit the top page on Bandcamp under the pop punk tag, and "Nothing To Hold / Something To Keep". Bonfires recently played a show in late december opening up for there friends in Real Friends, The band took the spot of Front Porch Step which was a life saver to everyone there. Even though opening is hard because you are the first band, but bonfires got the crowd moving and energetic. Bonfires should be signed now they are too good to be independent. If you are a Chicago local, and you don't know who bonfires is? maybe you would know them as Hometown Heroes, either way this band is way to good to be unheard. Go jam to Bonfires

I would take you back

To when I used to laugh

But that's not the point of the story

I've been trying to grasp

Onto anything I've got left

But everything seems to evade me

No one told me

It was gonna be this hard

To pick up all the pieces

After falling apart

No one told me

To leave something to keep

For when the ground falls out from under my feet
