The Dur-O-Tone 70lb Extra White Newsprint paper used in this book is created by the French Paper Company based in Niles, Michigan. Founded in 1871 it is one of the last independent small paper mills in America operating on power supplied by a hydroelectric power plant at the Niles, Michigan dam.
These pages were printed by Captain Printworks in Downtown Toronto. Established in 1986 as Captain Copy Inc., Captain Printworks today is a privately held offset and digital printing company serving a multitude of customers nationwide.
The binding and finishing of this Book was done by Mike Knutson and Wyman Chu of Cover & Pages. Cover & Pages has over 12 years experience book binding and finishing and is housed in a historic 120-year-old Toronto building. Originally this building was a local jam factory before the Don Valley Parkway was built and now houses their team of experienced crew and a well-equipped finishing studio.
