Do you think
Indian writing by
women has come
of age?
Indian writing has
always had some
phenomenal
women writers,

Do you have a routine
when you write?

for eighteen hours
and then days when
I don’t write at all. I
cannot write to a
timetable. But I am
extremely
disciplined about
deadlines and
deliverables and
rarely falter on
them.
