BELGRADE – Arriving to Equine Inspired Soul in Belgrade is like stepping into an oasis of peacefulness- horses grazing in the sunny pasture, a gentle breeze rustling in the trees and the birds singing a happy tune. It’ s also hard not to pay attention to the friendly family dog, who calmly, but casually strolls across the yard to cool himself off in the garden pond.
Owner Tanya Dingmann offers a variety of services which integrates the wisdom of horses with evidence-informed and experiential healing practices that meet clients where they are at in the present moment.
By combining equine gestalt therapy, mind and body energy work, neurolinguistic programming, somatic and body awareness, and breathwork and guided imagery, clients are able to reach their own inner wisdom. They are also able to release tension and trauma that are energetically stored in their body and reconnect with their own authentic, emotional truth.
