To ensure a healthy classrom you should set up a positive social setting by creating peer buddies and by speaking and modeling positive behaviors

Peer buddies allow you as the teacher to integrate students of different academic levels as well as maturity levels. The students can learn from each other which in turn reduces anger issues within the setting

Modeling positive behaviors is done by you as the teacher. Students learn best by example. Enforcing good behavior and speaking positively enables the students to learn and perform by example!
