ECCLESHALL FIRST RESPONDERS Eccleshall First Responder supporters set to have a ‘ball’ ccleshall Community First Responders have, recently announced the launch of their major fund raising event for 2014. This will take the form of a Grand Summer Ball set to be held at Baden Hall on Friday 18th July. The evening will feature welcome drinks, a licenced bar and disco with music from 7pm, a delicious three course dinner at 8pm and carriages at 1am. Music and dancing will be provided throughout the night by live band, Silver6pence. Tickets cost £40 per person and are available on sale from Little Monsters in Eccleshall High Street or by contacting Rona Gosling on Tel. 07732 377219 Community First Responders are all unpaid volunteers who are trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service to respond to 999 calls in their community and provide life saving care until the professional service arrives. Each group is a registered charity and receives no funding from central sources. Eccleshall CFRS requires approximately £7,000 a year to continue to provide the service which covers Eccleshall, Woodseaves, Standon, Croxton, Yarnfield, Swynnerton and many other smaller communities E 16 June/July 2014 in between.
