MOTORING Drayton stars shine at the annual Mercedes-Benz UK Retailer Awards he very best and brightest have been recognised at the annual Mercedes-Benz Retailer Awards. In 2013, Mercedes-Benz Retailers welcomed more customers than ever before to every part of the business – from servicing to the supply of parts, After Sales care and new car registrations which totalled 108,572 vehicles to post a new record in the UK. The Awards identified those who strived not just to meet, but to exceed the rightly high expectations of Mercedes-Benz customers. Scooping the main Award – Mercedes-Benz Retailer of the Year – was Drayton Group – commended for its continued work to deliver an outstanding performance across sales and aftersales, with customer service at the forefront of its business. Drayton’s exceptional performance across the board was shown with its shortlisting in all of the three sub categories. T 70 April/May 2014 Drayton Group was particularly commended for delivering the highest levels of customer service in the UK; strong performances from its loyal new and used car sales teams; and, with aftersales, again delivering an outstanding customer experience.
