Drayton stars shine at the
annual Mercedes-Benz UK
Retailer Awards
he very best and brightest have been
recognised at the annual Mercedes-Benz
Retailer Awards.
In 2013, Mercedes-Benz Retailers welcomed
more customers than ever before to every part of
the business – from servicing to the supply of
parts, After Sales care and new car registrations
which totalled 108,572 vehicles to post a new
record in the UK.
The Awards identified those who strived not
just to meet, but to exceed the rightly high
expectations of Mercedes-Benz customers.
Scooping the main Award – Mercedes-Benz
Retailer of the Year – was Drayton Group –
commended for its continued work to deliver an
outstanding performance across sales and aftersales, with customer service at the forefront of its
business. Drayton’s exceptional performance
across the board was shown with its shortlisting in
all of the three sub categories.

Drayton Group was particularly commended
for delivering the highest levels of customer service
in the UK; strong performances from its loyal new
and used car sales teams; and, with aftersales,
again delivering an outstanding customer
experience.
Bill Bennett, General Manager of MercedesBenz of Stafford, part of the Drayton Group was
delighted by the Award which Drayton have now
won on an unrivalled four occasions said “To be
nominated in the final three for every single award
on the night was a unique achievement, and to win
the Overall Retailer of the Year was just awesome,
particularly in the year that we celebrated our 40th
Year with the Mercedes-Benz Brand”
