Tabletop Station project sites
Three projects were implemented on Tabletop Station : the broodmare , black soil and saddleback project sites . The projects were developed from mid 2017 with owners Tom and Karen Murphy but the property was sold to Bristow and Ureisha Hughes ( also project cooperators ) in June 2019 . This caused some project disruption , as some project management misunderstandings occurred with Tabletop ’ s new manager . Project site management improved dramatically when a replacement manager started in mid 2020 .
Tom and Karen Murphy participated in all project events from July 2017 until the property sold in June 2019 . They hosted a technical training activity in October 2017 , and field events in November 2017 , September 2018 and a major field event in May 2019 . Bob Shepherd , Department of Agriculture and Fisheries , and Brian Wehlburg , Inside Outside Management , provide one-on-one grazing planning support in November 2017 and April 2018 and Dick Richardson , Grazing Naturally , in November 2020 and May 2022 . Dick Richardson , Grazing Naturally , has provided technical support to the Tabletop manager since 2020 and Tabletop also hosted the May 2022 project consensus participants .
