Strength(en) UNITY
Unity” (formerly known as Unity Enterprise) is a social enterprise/charity
based in Glasgow which seeks to support and help the marginalised
throughout the “central belt”.
Unity is seeking new Board Members who share our core values, have a
passion for social enterprise and will uphold our commitment to equality,
inclusion and opportunity for all. The Unity Board has up to twelve directors,
and currently has a few vacancies.
Board responsibilities include attendance at a minimum of four of the six
scheduled meetings per year, alongside active participation in electronic
conversations where necessary. It may be reasonable to expect attendance
at some additional meetings where this is meaningful and manageable.
Meetings are normally held at the office on Trongate, Glasgow.
We particularly welcome board members who have skills which can be
offered to our organisation, but welcome enquiries from anyone interested.
If you want to know more please E-mail our chief executive:

or Episcopal Church rep Les Ireland at [email protected] or phone
