SCALLOPS GRATIN WITH CAPERS
This is a super
easy and tasty
starter and it can
become a main
course with a
side of salad
INGREDIENTS

4 scallops
1 spoonful of capers
parsley
1 clove of garlic
40 g bread crumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chop up all the ingredients (except the scallops) really finely in a
bowl, until it forms a grainy paste.
Spread a teaspoonful of the mixture on each scallop.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, until you
see a golden crust on the scallops.
Eat hot.
