As most of you know , Holy Cross have replaced the broken down gas heater in the church with 6 reverse cycle air conditioning units on the walls of the church . This means we have both heating and cooling in the church and our greenhouse gas emissions are substantially reduced . A great achievement . The reverse cycle air conditioners cost Holy Cross $ 23,155 . If you would like to make a donation to Holy Cross to cover some of the cost of this , you can send your money to : Holy Cross Anglican Parish BSB : 702389 AC : 05202575 . Perhaps mark as Donation and your name . I encourage you to give generously as we in St Margaret ’ s will benefit greatly from having cooling as well as heating in the church .
You can also sponsor some of the pavers used in the Labyrinth at the front of the church property .
CONTRIBUTIONS WANTED

All readers are invited to contribute articles about things they have done - photographs taken , jokes heard or made up , poetry written , pictures of drawings or paintings done , prayers written , art or craft made , exciting and positive news received , and whatever else might be appropriate .
Likewise , we would love to have material to put on the St Margaret ’ s Website ( or its YouTube channel ). If you are clever enough to create and send sound recordings or videos of yourself playing an appropriate piece of music on an instrument , reciting a poem , singing a hymn or some other wonderful song , performing a favourite piece , or whatever , then that would be marvellous .
The deadline for material for the next issue is 11 June 2021 , with that issue being published on 18 June . Material should be provided to the editor Brian Rope or to Lynda at the church office .
