In early 1988 the Swadling family , including our current members Robyn and Joel , arrived at St Margaret ’ s bringing with them a young baby Anthony .

In 2004 , Anthony took to the stage , performing in his first musical with his high school . Many more performances followed with Berowra , Manly and Mosman musical societies .
In mid-2019 Anthony was at a publicity photo shoot for his fourth show with the Queanbeyan Players - he was playing Fagin in Oliver . Whilst there he was asked if he would like to co-direct The Sound of Music which the Players planned to stage in 2020 . Seven weeks into rehearsals COVID hit and put a stop to everything .
This month the show finally hit the stage at The Q theatre , playing to full houses every performance , and arrangements were put in place to livestream the performance on 20 March .
