Suttor Street Tribute
On 29 November , a substantial crowd gathered at the Suttor Street house in Ainslie to pay tribute to Ed Miller , who had a major role in its establishment .
Residents , their families and carers were joined by a lot of the Miller family plus other invited persons who had in some way or other been involved with establishment of the home .
Annette Matheson and Jeff Bishop spoke and all present threw rose petals over the plaque paying tribute to Ed , quietly expressing their own gratitude for all he had done .
The residents took great pleasure in serving a delicious afternoon tea to all present and it was a very enjoyable occasion for everyone .
