For back volumes , contact our subscription department for pricing and availability . üEach subscription / access right is personal to the subscriber , and is a non exclusive , non transferable right of access from the date of contract . üPublishers strives to bring- out its issues regularly , but we cannot guarantee for on its uninterrupted publication . The Journal cannot be held responsible for postal delays . üAll subscription orders must be prepaid . Orders will be processed only upon the realization of full subscription amount üThese rates are only applicable for printed / online Journal sales in India . üThe subscribers of the online journals can have excess via password or IP based access , but only IP based users will have access for multiple users . st ü Subscribers to Online subscription of Journals will have back volumes access from the 1 issue of the journal st üSubscription rates for Journals are reviewed yearly and come into effect on 1 January for that year corresponding January to December subscription üThe right to amend / change access and subscription policies rests with publishers . üIndian Libraries / Institutes are required to place the order on the letter head of the institute üChange of address of dispatch should be intimated to publishers at least 2 months prior to the dispatch schedule as per the frequency by mentioning subscriber id and the subscription id üPublishers if required can merge the issues of journals and provide the merged issue to the subscribers . üIf due to any reason a journal ceases its publication during the period of subscription , subscriber is given an option to select any other journal at no additional cost . Payment Policy
üMode of Payment : Demand draft , and RTGS / NEFT ( payment to be made in favor of Consortium E-Learning Network Pvt . Ltd ., payable at Delhi / New Delhi . üFor outstation cheque or cash deposit , please add Rs 185 / - to the total bill amount . üOnce the order is processed , fees will not be refunded under any circumstances . üPayment of service tax is mandatory for all online & print + online journals subscriptions as per government rules .
