NOTE FROM THE LESSON TEE
This January Callaway has
released the Mavrik Technology
through the Driver, Fairway
Woods, Hybrids, and Iron
categories. This is the first line to
incorporate Artificial Intelligence
across every category to improve
efficiency and forgiveness for
improved outcomes. The benefits
of this R & D will have different
purposes with each club, but
ultimately results in more Ball
Speed and Distance across the
board. With the success of the
Epic Flash, the Mavrik has continued to improve by utilizing new materials for the clubface
to enhance the “Flash” technology and redesigned the shape of the clubhead to increase
swing speed compared to the previous model. Last but certainly not least, by removing
the adjustable rear weight, the engineers we able to make the club more forgiving across
the entire face, not just the “Sweet Spot”. St. Johns Golf and Country Club will host an
“In-House” Fitting Day on February 9th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please email John Mousley
at [email protected] for appointments and the fee will be $75 per Driver Fitting or
$95 per Full Bag fitting.
As the days get longer, St. Johns Golf and Country Club will resume the Ladies Clinic
beginning February 12th at 5:00 p.m, please feel free to email jmousley@stjohnsgolf.
