1 In a confirmation call or message with a guest, ask, “What products are you almost out of?” or, “I noticed you love using Sculpting Foam ™ , would you like me to pull some and sanitize it for you?” 3 Have the requested products waiting at the stylist station or checkout. 2 Sanitize and pre-package any products requested by your guest prior to their arrival. 4 Consider recommending 1- 2 more products that your guest may have overlooked when they made their product request, such as a treatment or clarifying shampoo. Remember to have these sanitized and ready to throw in their pre-packaged bag.
