the express checkout process.

discuss your guest’s hair goals and next
steps, then schedule the next reservation.

Discuss any Take Home products needed
with the client and stylist, sanitize and
package the requested products, then deliver
the final service and Take Home ticket price.

Ask your guest, “What products are you almost
out of?” or, “I noticed you love using Sculpting
Foam ™ , would you like me to pull some and
sanitize it for you?”

Finalize the sale and complete
the transaction.
• Consider making your POS terminals
safer by encouraging the use of touchless
payment options such as Apple Pay.
• If you are using an iPad, ask the guest
to read you their card number or use
hand sanitizer before signing, and use
disinfecting wipes to sanitize touchpoints
immediately afterward.
