he Made in Oklahoma Coalition ’ s kitchen elves have been busy creating sweet recipes you ’ ll want to add to your holiday menus . MIO ingredients go hand in hand with the holidays – as shoppers stock their kitchens with baking staples like Shawnee Mills Flour , Griffin ’ s Vanilla , Hiland Milk , and Braum ’ s Butter . It ’ s also time to stock up on readymade MIO products like Field ’ s Pecan Pie .
One of our favorite new recipes for the season is the Dead Parrot Rum Bread Pudding . This decadent , boozy dessert is made with local Dead Parrot Vanilla Bean Rum . Rich in flavor , this bread pudding would be perfect cut into individual pieces for a holiday party or served family style for Christmas .
