Ramsay said her favorite dishes to make and what ’ s popular there – with her favorite time of year being fall – are their soups , and Thanksgiving pies with side dishes . She loves their Valentine ’ s Day cookies , and their hot chocolate in the winter .
Baking is also Ramsay ’ s favorite : cookies , brownies , pies , cakes , tarts , yeast breads and more – with “ all kinds ” of people showing up for the food from students to families to retirees to visitors finding them on Yelp and Tripadvisor .
Ramsay said she ’ s always felt inspired by going out to eat herself , and these days more so as she really values the whole experience of dining in new places .
