A I love going back for their hands-on classes. They have so many options, from a one-time class to a multi-week class. I’ ve attended several of their Holiday Baking courses and still use the sweet potato bake recipe I learned 12 years ago! If you have someone in your life who is interested in floral design, cooking, cake decorating, or photography, a Meridian Technology class would be an ideal gift. They even have classes for senior citizens on safely using the internet and how to set up a new smart phone. Most classes I’ ve attended are one evening from 6-9, but vary by class type.
