I ASKED LES TO DISCUSS SOME OF HIS MOST FAVORITE MOMENTS OF THE PAST 10 YEARS. HE GOT PRETTY EMOTIONAL RECALLING EVENTS THAT HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN HIS HEART.
“ Standing on the 50-yard line looking up into the stands and leading the crowd chanting Orange Power for the first time is definitely a top moment for me,” he said.
Les penned the song on a Thursday morning, recorded it that night, released it on Friday, and that following Saturday Mike Gundy was dancing to it on camera! And the rest is history. Les has become the most recognizable and beloved Hype Man OSU has ever had.
I asked Les to discuss some of his most favorite moments of the past 10 years. He got pretty emotional recalling events that have a special place in his heart.
