At Boomer Lake, the largest lake within Stillwater city limits, residents can walk, jog and bike around the sidewalk that encircles the lake or go spend the day fishing. The lake is family-friendly with a playground, disc golf course, walking trails, boating and fishing.
BOOMER LAKE
The lake, located at the corner of Washington and Lakeview, features a paved, two-way trail that encircles the entire lake with restrooms, water fountains, and benches throughout the 3.2-mile loop.

LAKE CARL BLACKWELL
This more than 3,000-acre park includes a family-oriented recreational area with pavilions, picnic tables, playground and a volleyball area. It also includes a marina, a lakeside convenience store, sandy beaches, swimming, fishing, boating, water skiing, camping, hiking, hunting, and equestrian and mountain biking trails.
Lake Carl Blackwell, located 9 miles west of Stillwater off Highway 51, offers 10 cabins and 12 distinct campground areas: Beaver Cove, Blackjack Cove, Cedar Point( annual sites), Deer Run, Fox Run, HPELS( tenting only), Hunts Meadow, Pine Grove, Scissortail Lane, Shredders Gulch( tenting only), Sunset Bay and Turkey Hollow.

LAKE MCMURTRY
Nestled 10 minutes outside of Stillwater, Lake Mc- Murtry is a quiet, family-friendly lake that offers RV and tent camping, swimming, fishing, boating, over 30 miles of multi-use trails for mountain biking, hiking and trail running, two 18-hole disc golf courses, and kayak and SUP rentals.
Group facilities, picnic areas, outdoor grills, fire rings, restrooms, and RV dump stations are available, as are fishing docks, boat ramps, and a fishing house. Each summer, the lake offers Adventure Camp, which teaches children outdoor skills as well as STEAM skills.

SANBORN LAKE PARK & SPORTS COMPLEX
Located on the South side of West Airport Road with the entrance on the west of Land Run Drive, Sanborn Lake Park features a walking trail and a small lake. The walking trail, slightly less than a mile in length, forms a complete loop around the lake. The park area includes five ball fields, concession stands, restrooms and picnic tables.
