NFL BAG POLICY
LEAVE YOUR BAG AT HOME! To provide
a safer environment for the public and
signifi cantly expedite fan entry into TIAA
Bank Field, NFL policy limits the size and
type of bags that may be brought into the
stadium. The Jaguars strongly encourage
fans to not bring any type of bags. Fans
are allowed to carry a clear bag up to 12”
x6”x12” or a nonclear bag no larger than
4.5” x 6.5”.
Any medically necessary items must
be pre-approved by the Jaguars.

Don’t get turned away at the stadium
gates. Before arriving on Sunday, make
sure to review our full prohibited items list
at www.jaguars.com/stadium/fanguide.
Prohibited item reminders:
• All bags with the exception of a nonclear
bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” or clear
bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• Banners or signs larger than 3 feet by 2 feet
• Cameras with detachable lenses or
lenses longer than six inches
• Coolers or containers, including
cans, cups, bottles (including misting
fans) and beverages from outside the
stadium
GUEST SERVICES
Need assistance on game day? The guest
services team is here to help.
To ask a question or seek assistance with
a problem or issue:
• Locate your nearest usher, security
guard, police offi cer or guest services
team member.
• Visit any of the guest services booths
located on the main concourse outside
sections 223, 244 and 202; in the upper
concourses outside sections 410 and 436;
and in the US Assure Clubs on the ground
level and immediately outside of the
elevator on the lower and upper levels.
• Text “ASSIST” followed by the location
and a brief description of the issue to
58154. Texting is also available in the
parking lots beginning two hours prior
to kickoff and one hour postgame.
