THE POWER OF
DIVERSITY
Research shows that plants inoculated with multiple species of
beneficial fungi perform better than those with a single species. Great
White®, Orca® and Jellyfish® contain multiple species of mycorrhizal
fungi and bacteria. These high performing strains are sure to ignite
root and plant development in your garden!
Benefits of using multiple species:
Enhanced nutrient uptake.
Numerous scientific studies have shown that there is enhanced nutrient uptake associated with using multiple species of mycor-
rhizal fungi. This effect is further enhanced when beneficial soil bacteria and trichoderma are included.
Enhanced colonization of root system.
The colonization rate of plants by mycorrhizal fungi varies depending on a number of factors. When a diversity of mycorrhizal
species is present, colonization rates rise. Simply put, more diversity equals more feeder roots.
Adaptable to a range of soil types, temperatures and ph.
Scientists have also found that certain mycorrhizal species thrive in different environments. Plants select the best mycorrhizae
for their specific conditions. It is important to give plants a range of species to choose from. Great White® contains the
broadest forming and highest yielding strains.
Enhanced roots and shoot mass.
Plants inocoluted with a variety of mycorrhizae, bacteria and trichoderma have repeatedly shown enhanced development and
yield over controls.

and shapes can be seen. This diversity
provides the best possible mycorrhizal
fungi to meet the needs of your particular
soil type, temperature, ph and nutrient type.
