For best use of Multizyme, ensure the substrate temperature is
appropriate for your selected growing medium (approximately
18-21 degrees celsius) as lower temperatures will slow down
enzymatic function. Also ensure your pH is correct, certain
enzymes only function within a select pH range. If the
temperature is too high or if the environment is too
acidic or alkaline, the enzymes change shape which alters the
active site so that the substrate cannot bind to it - the enzyme has
become denatured. Multi Zyme will work
effectively when used alongside any existing
nutrient brand, but best results are achieved when
used with the complete H&G Nutrient regime.
